Requests for refunds of deposits are handled on a case-by-case basis based on the status of the project and any costs already incurred (such as materials purchased or permits filed).

If you need to cancel a project, please provide written notice as soon as possible. Any cancellation made after work has commenced or after materials have been ordered will be subject to a review of non-recoverable expenses.

We understand that project scope may evolve. Any changes to the original scope of work will be addressed through a formal Change Order, which will outline any adjustments to costs or timelines.
